Absolutely could not say enough good things about this group. They were very professional when they forgot something, they came back the next day and corrected it and did an absolutely great job communicating and installing very very happy with this product and these people are Rockstars.

Working with Nikki and installer David was a very positive, wonderful experience. David was professional, conscientious and respectful in all of his work. I truly appreciate the great job he did. He was a pleasure to work with and I love my new walk in shower. Thank you for a job well done!

We finally had the shower installed and they finished it in the two days as they had stated. All things considered I think the finished product looks amazing. The only thing Im a bit concerned with is the zero threshold but time will tell on that. While I did have some obstacles along the way I must say im a bit impressed with how things turned out in the end. I would deffinately recommend this company to others especially other veterans. I am a veteran and this bathroom was installed for my grandpa who also is a veteran. I would also like to give a special thank you to (Joe the supervisor) for making this dream a reality, he was instrumental in helping mitigate any issues which arose. It is because of Joe that we seen this project through and did not backout. John Cowan was our sales Rep, David was our installer. I would love the opportunity to provide some suggestions for improvement should the company be willing to reach out to me.

Superior Bath System replaced my tile shower with Dreamstone and put in new fixtures. It turned out better than expected. Installer Derek did A+++ work. Professional, friendly and efficient. Overall, the whole process was a great experience.

As prior Enlisted, then Officer, I feel comfortable to say this company is Veteran friendly. I felt respected at every stage of working with this company. Straighforward/honest salesman Zach B. Their price blows all the competition out of the water. The closest was $10k more than what our end project price.

David H. was our installer. He was very knowledgeable and willing to discuss best ideas for placement of shelves in our new shower. I would pop in periodically, throughout the process and he would communicate effectively what he was doing. And when the water was off and on. He even made a few adjustments per my request along the way. I highly recommend requesting David H. as an installer in your future projects.

I already provided the POC of SupriorBath, Zach B. to a couple folks in my neighborhood.

Mark M was our salesman. He was very patient and explained everything to my wife and I. David H was our installer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They removed our garden tub and did a shower conversion ripping everything out down to the studs and redid the plumbing. They also did the same to a shower in the upstairs master that had builder grade white tile. Our showers now look modern and are easy to keep clean. Both bathrooms were able to be done in the same week. We would highly recommend Superior bath system. Bruce and Amy R.
